Answer the following questions:

Ques 1. Explain the process of inserting images from the Clip Art.
Ans. Follow the given steps to insert images from the Clip Art:
a. On the insert tab, in the illustrations group, click on the Clip Art option. The clip art options appear in the task pane on the right.
b. Enter keywords in the Search for: field that are related to the image you wish to insert.
c. Click on Go button. In the displayed list of results, select the Clip Art to insert it in a document.

Ques 2. How can you group several objects into a single object?
Ans. Follow the given steps to group several objects into a single object:
a. Hold down the Ctrl or Shift key and select the objects one by one.
b. Now right-click on the selected shapes, a shortcut menu appears. Select Group option. A cascading menu appears displaying the two options, i.e., Group and Ungroup.
c. Select the Group option. Observe that all the objects get grouped into a single unit.

Ques 3. What is the use of Multilevel list? Explain the method to create a Multilevel list.
Ans. The Multilevel list option is used when we want to create a list within a bulleted or numbered list.
As the name suggests, it displays the list with many levels.

Follow the given steps to create a Multilevel list:
a. Click on the drop-down arrow next to Multilevel list in the Paragraph group on the Home tab.
b. Select the Define New Multilevel List option from the drop-down menu.
c. The Define new Multilevel list dialog box appears on the screen.
d. Do the modifications as per your requirement in the provided fields. Enter the number format, font, and position choices. Continue to define each level that you wish to use in your multilevel list. Click OK.
e. Observe the change in the multilevel list style that you have defined is automatically set as the current multilevel list style.

Ques 4. Explain the method of adding 2 rows and 1 column in an existing table.
Ans. Select the row/column adjacent to which you want to insert a new row/column.
Right-click on the table and a shortcut menu appears. Select insert option, choose the desired option in the cascading menu.

Ques 5. How will you rotate the text in a Table cell?
Ans. Text rotation is useful when you have long heading for narrow columns. You can display the data at a different location in a cell by rotating it.
a. Select the text in the cell that you want to re-position.
b. Click on the Layout tab on the Ribbon.
c. Select the Text Direction option in the alignment group. Keep on clicking the Text Direction button until your text faces the desired direction.
